Aaargh ye maties! Here be me first fight for AFL III

It took me a while. Mind you - I had a 6 page variant, showing a real battle between Domino's toon characters, and several armored companies that was way too long,
a 1 page variant that was simply too short, until i settled for this 3 page battle.


As said in the reference, Herr Shashav is NOT stupid enough to fight alone, in this case bringing in one full combat battalion of his homebrew Straj as the Fiery Depths did not allow deployment of massive forces. Immediately upon arrival he noted that the environment is deadly enough even without outside help, and put on a gas mask, wearing it to the end. His tactic for the first battle was to do...nothing. The air was toxic enough to kill his enemies for him. Still, demolition teams from the Straj battalion had rigged the cavern with explosives to get the lava to flood the arena and there was no point in wasting their efforts.
A faulty detonator almost spoils the fun, but fortunately, a replacement was found in the dead bodies of two hobbits that tried to sneak pass the rear guard. With the lava flooding the arena, Mog goes down like every good robot guardian should do - saving his master, but not himself . (He may be able to fly, but if he tried to fly them one by one to safety, at least one would have been left behind. Its the 3 laws of robotics all the way). Without proper legs, the stickman super-hero fumbles and falls in the lava. And since hanging for dear life always take two hands, Domino drops his magical sketchbook. The bad news - the "safe" perch was the same one picked by Shas and his infantry battalion. The good news - Herr Shashav isn't without mercy and takes no joy in toying with a fallen foe, so he gives Domino the chance to surrender, while reminding him why pointless resistance is called "pointless".
